Lee Norvall, is one of the sons of Doug Norvall, who was also a powerboat racer and the first person to build and race a catamaran has grown up with boats all his life. He has followed in his father's footsteps and competed in powerboat racing, by competing in the 2015 P1 SuperStock Championship alongside Dave Taft in New Wave Racing.
In 2016, he'll race in support for Help for Heroes, with his brother Glynn Norvall in E:Marine Racing. The brothers will be looking to make their mark on the championship this year and are potential dark horses for the title.
42 years old and living in Southend-on-Sea, Essex with his wife Theresa and 4 year old daughter Ruby, Lee continues to runs his Internet based business Fusion Media Networks Ltd from Southend & London.
Lee and his family also spend a lot of time around Mudeford, Christchurch and is looking forward to racing at Bournemouth which Lee confirmed is more or less home away from home.
Having previously trained in another high action sport, Muay Thai (Thai boxing) for 6 years with Essex & Thailand based 'Mungkorn Dam Sityodtong' Lee says that he is used to physical hard work that knocks you about, and racing P1 SuperStock certainty does that!
Partnering alongside his brother, Lee is looking to bring home the NEXA P1 Powerboat Indian Grand Prix of the Seas world championship back to the Norvall household.
